Account & Registration

Creating a CV999 account is straightforward and takes under three minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your Pakistan mobile number, choose a username, and set a strong password. You will then receive a one-time PIN on your mobile to verify your number. Once that step is done your account is active and ready to use. You do not need to upload any documents just to register — identity verification is only required when you process your first withdrawal.

No. CV999 strictly allows one account per person. Registering or running multiple accounts violates the Terms and Conditions and will result in all linked accounts being suspended. If you have lost access to your existing account, use the password reset option or contact support rather than registering again.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" — a reset code will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the code on the next screen and set a new password. The code expires quickly so complete the process in one go. If you have changed your mobile number and cannot receive the reset code, contact CV999 support with your account details for manual recovery.

CV999 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. You must be 18 or older to register and use the platform. Age verification is required before withdrawals are processed. Accounts confirmed to belong to players under 18 are closed immediately. If you are under 18, do not register.

An OTP (one-time PIN) is sent to your registered mobile when CV999 detects a login from a new or unrecognised device. This is an additional security step to make sure nobody else is accessing your account. Enter the OTP promptly — it expires after a short window. If you did not request a login and received an OTP, change your password immediately.

Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times — typically within a few hours during business hours. If your deposit has not appeared after a reasonable time, check your transaction history and contact support with your deposit reference number.

Yes, CV999 has a minimum deposit requirement. The exact amount may vary slightly depending on the payment method you choose, but the minimum is set to be accessible for Pakistan players at different budget levels. Check the deposit page after logging in for the current minimums per method. Depositing more than the minimum is of course fine — your PKR balance is updated instantly.

CV999 does not charge fees on deposits. The full amount you send is credited to your gaming balance in PKR. That said, your own payment provider — for example JazzCash or your bank — may apply their own transaction charges on their end. Those are outside CV999's control. Withdrawals

Withdrawal processing times depend on the method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally the fastest, often arriving within a few hours once approved. Raast transfers are similarly quick. Bank transfers may take one to two business days. The first withdrawal from a new account also requires identity verification, which can add a short processing window. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are faster.

Identity verification is a standard requirement before your first PKR withdrawal. CV999 needs to confirm that you are the account holder and that you are 18 or older before releasing funds. You will typically be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC or other valid ID. This process is done once — after verification is complete, future withdrawal requests do not require you to submit documents again.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) is the number of times you need to play through a bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus or winnings from it. For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of PKR 10,000 in bets before that bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Each promotion on CV999 states its own wagering requirement clearly — always read the terms on the Promotions page before claiming an offer.

No — bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been completed. Your account dashboard shows your current bonus balance and your wagering progress separately from your real-money PKR balance. Once wagering is complete, the bonus converts and you can withdraw as normal. Your real-money balance is always withdrawable regardless of any active bonus, subject to the standard withdrawal process.
